ANATOMY OF A MISSION

Follow one mission, start to finish.

Stage 01 — The Brief

A problem lands on the board.

An organization writes the brief: what's broken, what done looks like, and what the bounty is. We scope it so a student squad can genuinely deliver it in 2–4 weeks.

Stage 02 — The Squad

Four students take the file.

Bring your own squad or apply solo — we match you by skills and school. Every squad gets a lead, and every member gets a role.

Stage 03 — The Build

An AI PM keeps you on schedule.

Your squad's AI project manager breaks the mission into weekly tasks, nudges whoever's behind, and flags risks before the deadline does.

Stage 04 — The Debrief

Deliver, get paid, get verified.

The org picks a winner. The winning squad takes the bounty and presents their work — and every participant's hours are signed onto their Eco ID.
